I started out with an auto policy, over the years I've added renter's insurance, switched to the family plan, and recently chose them for my life insurance carrier. Jake offers competitive rates (always less than other companies). His ethics and character speak for themselves, I've never known him, or his office team to conduct business any other way. The office team is always up-to-date and knowledgeable about any changes to state or national insurances and laws, and take the time to explain them further if you need. They're happy to review your policy coverage together with you, and look for any new or updated changes that can benefit you (and your family). The conversation stayed within the scope of my needs with all options clearly and simply communicated.
